Programs
Cardio Drumming w/ BeInstrumentalWe're so excited for our newest program in partnership with BeInstrumental. Join us for bi-weekly cardio drumming! Participants will be utilizing cardio balls held by stands and various instruments during the program sessions. Each session will be facilitated by a trained/credentialed music therapist. We're also excited to share that we'll be having peer "buddies" from area High schools who will be trained and assigned to each DSAGT participant to help model the activities.
